The circuit our therapists recommend: twenty minutes hot, one minute cold, ten minutes flat on your back under the fig tree. Repeat three times. Then do nothing at all for an hour.
There is no printed carte. At about eleven each day the kitchen decides what supper is, based on the market run and what the garden can spare, and writes it on the board by the door.
Tell us at check-in what you don't eat and it simply won't appear. Vegetarian and vegan menus run in full parallel, not as an afterthought.
